Scope

These Terms govern the sale of digital knitting patterns provided by Stitches Past Five.

Products

Digital knitting patterns are sold in PDF format and delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Contract formation

A contract is formed when payment is completed and the order is confirmed.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is processed via Squarespace and/or PayPal. Payment must be completed before access to digital files is granted.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase or via download link provided upon confirmation.

Usage rights

Purchased patterns are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Prohibited use

It is not permitted for patterns to be:

• Resold, shared, or distributed

• Uploaded to file-sharing platforms

• Reproduced for commercial redistribution

• Claimed as the buyer’s own work

Liability

No liability is accepted for damages resulting from use or misuse of the patterns, except where required by law.

Austrian law shall apply, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

Digital Products and Refund Policy

All products sold through this website are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided once a digital file has been delivered, except where required under applicable consumer protection law or in cases where a file is defective or inaccessible.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Where applicable under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content is considered waived once:

• the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery, and

• acknowledgment has been given that the right of withdrawal is lost upon download or access.

By completing a purchase, these conditions are considered accepted.

Pattern Usage License

All knitting patterns sold by Stitches Past Five are protected by copyright.

Upon purchase, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal use only.

Permitted use

Patterns may be:

• Used to knit items for personal use

• Printed or stored for personal reference

Not permitted

Patterns may not be:

• Shared, redistributed, or resold

• Uploaded to websites, forums, or file-sharing services

• Copied or reproduced in any form for commercial use

• Used to create derivative patterns for resale

Finished items

Finished handmade items created using these patterns may be sold on a small handmade scale unless otherwise stated in the specific pattern listing.

Mass production or factory manufacturing is not permitted.
